Nothing described on this site — including health-related or wellness-related capabilities — should be relied upon for anyone’s health or safety.
Use of AI Generated Content
Section titled “Use of AI Generated Content”In 2026 it’s foolish to expect not to use AI-generated content. It’s extremely useful but we don’t accept it at face value. Therefore we will label all AI-generated content as such. The following labels are used:
| AI Generated | Content was AI generated. |
| AI Assisted | Human generated content was enhanced with AI assistance. |
| Human Curated | AI generated content was reviewed and curated by the editor. |
| No Badge | Purely human generated content, or we missed it somehow. |
AI generated content may contain errors. Human curation can mitigate them but is not guaranteed.
