Fixed cast of fabricated people to be used in every example, spec, bug report, and hosted-model conversation about **Pepa**, an aging-in-place multi agent AI system (full docs at [ai4aging.org](https://ai4aging.org)). No real patient, caregiver, medication list, or care event is ever pasted into a hosted surface. If an example needs a person, it uses someone from this file.

Fixtures are engineering artifacts, not flavor. Each attribute below exists to exercise a known failure mode.

## Hygiene rules
